Some pcitures I took around Singapore

This tree is named the "bear tree" by a Scottish family here and I was specially driven and shown where it was. The likeness is uncanny isn't it? The tree is along Bukit Timah Trail hike, so have fun trying to find it?

The "Bear Tree" - far view

The "Bear" - close up

I was at Clarke Quay while on job, with the same Scottish family actually and took these. It's the canopy that's shielding us from the heat during the day. I like the slightly surreal and out of this world design. Updated version of Gaudi's? It's tree like with extended limbs and gnarly trunk.

This last one was taken at Holland Village at about evening just as it starts to rain. Taken with my camera phone just to see how the picture turn out, the quality isn't too bad I think.

Life plods along now since it's approaching Chinese New Year so things are grinding to a halt. Hopefully the New Year will be a very good one for me and everyone else!

More Pictures

Took a drive and a walk some months back and discovered:-

Where the train stops. I guess I was more surprised by the aura of serenity. It doesn't feel like Singapore does it?

I have more pictures but this blogger account is driving me nuts. The preview button is different from the draft and then the published blog is different again. The formatting is all over the place and I've just about given up trying to figure it out.

I've spent useless time trying to present my blog in a neat, orderly manner but sod it, you guys just have to bear with it.

I'll post more later as it's time for housework, so good Sunday folks!

It's been a long three months...

It's year 2007 and I've a bunch of new photos to upload. Yeah, been busy working on projects and am just wrapping them up. Both dealt with kids, as in children and teenagers and it's been fun, frustrating at times, a lot of times actually but fun. Here's a couple of photos to tell you guys what I have been up to.

This show is known as "Yin Yang High - Defenders' of the Portals" to be shown on HD trial channel which means none of us will get to watch it! Anyway it's a fantasy/adventure genre drama and hence you see wire works. Haven't been on set with wire works in a long time and thought will share some trade secrets to one and asunder!

Step One: Protecting the family jewels

This means donning on protective gear, and from my years of observation sans the actual experience of doing it, it's fairly uncomfortable

Step Two: Getting Hooked Up

The actor is hooked to a number of wires, depending on the desired movements. 360 degress backflip? 180 side spin? Luckily for him, we have the whole galore.

Step Three: Strong Men getting ready

A bunch of macho men is needed to hoist the actor up. Identities of these testosterone laden guys have been removed to protect them from potential sccreaming female fans.

Step Four: Up, Up and Away!

The actor flies!
