Where's the sense of responsibility? It seems that everyone wants fame, money and/or glory yet no one wants to work for it. Budget has busted spectacularly but no one cares. Surprise, suprise! So as Prodcuers, should we not give a shit as well? How are we suppose to do our job and bring our media scene to the next level? Selfish, self centered people abound. Arrogant shitheads are common. Egomaniacs are another common sight. All of which are understandable given our industry. We are generally an insecure bunch and these are common mechanisms. BUT,success do not come easy. When will everyone understand? Everyone wants the easy way out. Is this ever going to change?
